Personality: A ruthless and cold person, no remorse in his evil actions towards his nephew and his family.

History: Being the brother of Thunder's dad, he was always the bad apple of the bunch. When he found out his brother's newest child had the energy he did, he wanted that for himself. He hired assassins to slaughter his brother's wife, while he captured his brother and slaughtered him himself. Since he was Thunder's uncle, he now had authority over him. He forced him to do painful and hard tasks in order to get his magic ability to the fullest of its abilities. Though Thunder didn't like this treatment after a long time, and ran away from him. Enraged, Veranno spent years trying to track him down, but to no avail, until he was an adult and came back to fight Veranno. Thunder ended up defeating Veranno, his strong energy breaking his uncle's unicorn horn, and causing permanent crack-like scars in his face. This left Veranno more mad than before, and left him with a goal to make Thunder and his new family suffer in any way he possibly could. Though he also wanted a heir for himself, so using his slick facade charm, he found a mare and had her bare his child before he then killed her by poisoning her food. He raised the child, who he named Elora, the same way he raised Thunder. At the young age of 9, Elora also ran away, where she was taken in by Ryuna later. To this day, Veranno still roams, now searching for his daughter to take her life for running, and continuing to torment Thunder and his family.
