When he turns to face someone head on he's so thin he seemingly disappears from view. How she can manipulate the environment around her is a mystery. Fish With Legs lives in an old hardcover book and when she needs to sleep or rest he seemingly summons it from thin air and crawls between the pages. How he came into being, no one knows, but the fact remains that he is very much alive.
