Bob is just a super nice guy. Naive, even. He got bored of Hell and left to the middle plane of Earth in search of something more exciting, only to find that Earth was bitterly, horrendously cold for a demon of ash and fire. He was lucky to find shelter when he did in the form of another Earthbound demon who helped him find a place to stay while he acclimated to the temperature difference. A bit of magic and some history lessons later, he was happy in a brand new human form all his own and (mostly) used to how cold it was. Still can't do winters very well. Summer is cold enough as is.

In his demon form he has deep black skin cut through with glowing runes running up his arms and down his legs. His wings, composed of ash and dimly flickering flame, fold tightly against his back, or can be hooked around his neck like a cloak of he so prefers. His curling horns are flecked with gold, and when he speaks, embers drift lazily from his mouth. In his human form he's a large imposing figure with a hard to place, heavy accent. He's still getting used to English, after all. He works as a grocery store clerk and absolutely loves it, to the complete confusion of his coworkers.

He's still got a lot to learn about Earth and humanity in general, but at least its better than Hell
