Often to be described as antisocial and a bit of an asshole, he's not keen on making friends of any sort, and would much rather be left well-alone. Having sold his soul to the Devil, he now opperates as his bounty-hunter and walks the Earth as an Undead.
Incapable of dying, Axe has watched the world around him continue to shift and change, and he adapting with it. And since the Devil claims to have a sense of humor, yes, he (sometimes) transforms on full moons.

BITE OF HISTORY
Work-Horse and Enforcer of the Stray Dog's gang, he is the right-hand man of Isaac Craft and Moses Beck. At the age of 14, he was roped into the life of an Outlaw, constantly on the run and learning to keep his friends close and enemies closer. At the age of 20, he was attacked by a mysterious creature - which was later identified as a werewolf.
Continuing to live and work for the gang, he quickly became the pillar of support for many and thus was the one to turn to when things got dark. At the age of 47, he was shot by Moses Beck, one of his father-figures, and was promptly left for dead. The Devil heard his cries for revenge andcursed blessed him with a second chance at life.
Easily described as a Dullahan, Axe is incapable of dying, though he can still feel pain and regenerate any limbs lost, he has become a thing of myth and legend. And with the last of his revenge exacted - the blood of his once-family on his hands - the Devil has thus turned him into his personal bounty-hunter. And even though the serpent promises that soon Axe will be able to peacefully rot, he knows there is no true end in sight for him. The wicked deserve no rest, and he is perhaps the most guilty.
