Easily-manipulated and overprotective is how you define Blade back during his adolescent. His love and obsession towards Scythe caused him to end the lifes of many. He has trouble determining which is wrong and which is right, until Maximus knocks some sense into him. Now following the right path, he wants to forget about Scythe, and redeem his past mistakes. Though it won't be easy as Scythe keeps getting in his way.

Scythe?
Being born in a family of swordmen, Blade inherited their skills in wielding a sword. He carries a small katana, which he uses for self-defense. His family passes down their own unique talent of using blades, and Blade has been training with swordmanship ever since he was very young. Scythe was his childhood friend, but as time passes by he noticed that his friend is acting strange and often rejected his help. But despite of Scythe's actions, Blade still remains loyal to him, to the point he even fell in love with him. As they grew up, Blade gets manipulated by Scythe to do bad things, something related to have revenge on his abusive father. Sadly, Blade has trouble determining the good and evil and he ended up killing Scythe's father and doing his other dirty works. The other friend he made along the way, Maximus, realizes that Scythe is simply manipulating him and told him to snap out of it. They ended up fighting, Blade under his "partner's" command. The battle ends with Maximus ended up victorious and tells Blade that Scythe is just using him as his pawn. At last, Blade finally realizes that Scythe simply using him for his evil deeds, and left him.
Blade ventures along with his new companion, Maximus... until a fateful encounter brought them to come face to face with Scythe again, and this time he brought someone with him. Scythe praises his new subordinate, Goldie that she's a better subordinate than Blade. But Blade boldly replied that he will never repeat his past mistakes and now staying with Maximus.
