a new oc from my dream
He originally is a human agent/spy, but he gets bug mutation from the biochemical weapon. But he knocked away the person who created the biological weapon, causing that person to fall to their death from a high-rise building, so he couldn't find the antidote from anyone else. So he was unable to turn back into a human.
