Howdy, these are my general Terms Of Service (T.O.S.); you must follow them when interacting with me, owning my designs, or ordering a commission!

☆ I will not provide my services to Satanists, worshippers of Satan, or individuals who attend the Church of Satan! They may not own any of my designs, this includes obtaining them via secondhand purchases. They may not commission me at all, nor may you commission me for them. If you are caught doing any of these acts, you will potentially be blocked and blacklisted. I am a private service, and Constitutionally have the right to do this!
☆ You may not steal, copy, trace, heavily reference, or reupload my artwork on any platform! The only case where reuploading my artwork is acceptable is if you own the character. You may reference my artwork lightly, if you find that helpful. I do not own poses, colors, or an art style; however, I’d appreciate it if you didn’t directly copy my art style.
☆ Regarding color picking my characters, I do allow it; however, there are some conditions. You may color pick any characters I have designed, as long as I still own them. You may color pick a character I own but have not designed, only if the original designer is okay with it! Please do not color pick more than two colors per character, and do not attempt to make them look like my characters; only case where this is acceptable, is if I am receiving a custom from you.
☆ Do not heavily redesign my designs! If you are going to redesign a character I have designed, you must keep the original design uploaded as well; you must also keep the new design recognizable to the original. You may add accessories, slightly alter colors, change patterns, and other minor stuff.
