Selene

Selene was born on February 5th into a very important family, the Demon of Flowers (her mother) and the Demon of Trees (her father). They were very close to the Queen and Life Demon so their family was able to hide in a protected area. Throughout her life, she was always interested in alchemy. She thought it was so fascinating. In her spare time, she would always try and recreate it. She wasn’t that good at the start, but she slowly was getting better. That’s how she figured out what she wanted to do in life. She wasn’t very close to her mother since she always had something to do. She was kind of sad but she understood why she couldn’t be around her that much. She had a very joyous childhood.

When Selene started high school, she was very excited since she might find her true love. The only demons that were around her were always her family members or workers for her parents. She never really got to interact with others. She only had her siblings. Her roommate was very nice and would talk to Selene all the time. They had a very good relationship, but that wasn’t what Selene wanted (she did want friends, though she wanted a boyfriend even more). She was constantly getting a boyfriend than ending up single. Not a lot of demons wanted to stay with her since she was too focused on her career (eventual career). She would spend more time on alchemy than actually hanging out with her boyfriend. She never really understood why they always broke up with her since careers were a big part in life. There wasn’t a lot of alchemists at school (only like 3, including Selene), so she was in the science room most of the time. That’s where she met a very smart and reserved demon. His name was Braydon and he was the Demon of Red Deers. He wanted to become a scientist when he got older, so he had to work very hard to get there. He was perfect! He knew exactly why demons are so focused on their careers. Though it was kind of hard to talk to him. He was so focused in his career that he didn’t even want to talk to anyone. He would push them away and only talk if necessary. So everyday, Selene would try and talk him. Slowly but surely, he started to open up to her. They would work on projects together and eventually would hang out out of the science room. It took about a half a year for them to get together. Though, they didn’t just become girlfriend and boyfriend, they became very good friends. Both of them graduated and got their dream jobs. High school was definitely a blast for Selene.

When Selene graduates, she instantly get’s her dream job. The same goes for Braydon. Braydon actually proposes to Selene right around the time the graduate. Selene was a little bit surprised, but she did say yes because she knew he really did love her. They get married when they are about 19 (very common for demons, especially in the war). Around the age of 20, Selene gets pregnant. She has a baby boy and names him Hudson, the Demon of White-Tailed Deers. She’s still very young and has a long ways to go. She’s doing amazing in her career and is making a pretty decent amount. She hopes that her family with Braydon can continue to grow and that everything will be alright.
