-you may not resell for more than purchased UNLESS the character in question is being sold with additional art. art you personally have made does not count.

-in addition to the previous rule, you are allowed to resell, trade, or gift the character HOWEVER if you receive the character for free, you may not resell/retrade (even if its "freebie swaps") for any reason UNLESS the character in question has addition art that you personally have acquired. you may only then trade the character or sell it for the price of the additional art. art you personally have made does not count.

-you may redesign to your liking, but DO NOT edit any art such as references or just doodles made by me without asking. this includes even simply altering colors or adding filters. do not claim full credit, even if you redesign to the point where the character is unrecognizable.

-i personally dont know where i stand with the owner of the character in question making profit off said character (selling merchandise that features the character and etc), but if you ever decide you'd like to do so PLEASE discuss it with me first.

-you may not make characters inspired/referenced off of the character i designed. this includes but is not limited to: twins/siblings, offspring, parent(s), clones, alternate versions, and etc. i have this rule because you can easily make a similarly designed character and sell off the one i designed, which i'll view as copying and/or avoiding my TOS.

-you must notify me if you do any of the following: forfeit character ownership, trade the character, sell the character, gift the character, take the character offsite.

BREAKING THESE TOS MAY ULTIMATELY RESULT IN YOU BEING BANNED FROM OWNING MY DESIGNS AND YOUR OWNERSHIP OF ANY CHARACTERS I DESIGNED MAY BE REVOKED.
