Zen spends his time pretty secluded in the coniferous forests of Canada and Northwest America, living off the land as a free spirit. He is a nomad, where he continualy travels throughout the forests, living in makeshift dens or caverns for short periods of time. He wears the pelts (he loves white or black ones), and sometimes bones, of fallen animals he finds or has killed to eat. Much of Zen's free time is spent making wood carvings, intricate wooden staffs being one of his favorites. While being very gifted with the natural world and survival, the odd Halinhi also thinks he holds some sort of mystic power or force. Being isolated for sometime might have affected his sanity, but none-the-less, he pictures himself as some kind of forest wizard. Though he might not have any real power, with his staff he thinks he has a wide variety of power at the tip of his paws. Maybe he does! Unfortunately from his seclusion he is also found to be a bit feral, where he is very skittish and volatile with his personality. It is unsure how he will react to some interactions, but after some time of coaxing he is able to speak and connect with people. He is just very used to being alone in the wild.
