Arbitrator

Design notes:
- Their glasses are optional (they usually go without, unless they're in bright sunlight)
- Their ring (right ring finger) holds the symbol of their Other - Mediator. However, during the time that Mediator was erased from existence, it was a simple silver band, lacking any markings.
- Their crest takes the place of their pupil in their left eye
- They are always wearing their ring, which contains the mark of their Other's crest..

The Arbitrator of those who watch over countless dimensions. They were born from the need to mend the conflict caused by the growing number of Archivists. Their power has direct command other the other Archivists while within any of their realms. Their role is to keep the peace when an agreement cannot be found, giving the final say in disagreements among Archivists. Punishment lies in their hands.
When their Other was erased, they grew confused and lost. They felt out of place and uncertain, like they were missing a piece of themself. Everything felt like a muffled grey. Most of their existence has been spent in this fog, as they have spent more time without their Other than with them. They complete their duty because it is expected, but they feel as though there is something more - something they have lost.
Arbitrator tends to be cold and logical. They follow what does the most good for the most people. However, they highly value the opinions of Mediator, allowing Mediator to try to find solutions to issues before they step in to clean everything up. They feel like they are separate from the other Archivists - both due to their lacking an Other for so long, and due to the fact that their role is directly dealing with the other Archivists, not with taking care of other realms - which has led them to be quite closed off from everyone.
