A playful, carefree person, Scarlett is rather self-indulgent and usually prioritizes herself over others. She tends to avoid combat not because she dislikes violence, but because she feels the efforts are not worth the time and energy. Despite this, she is naturally skilled in battle due to her vampiric abilities.

She may seem irresponsible at times, but her carefree personality often comes from the lack of desire to care about anything or anyone due to past events. If she feels stressed, she will do whatever she can to distract her mind from it, even if it does not solve the issue whatsoever.

She is an extremely sexual person and does not mind sleeping with multiple partners, regardless of gender. During combat, she may make flirtatious or sexual comments, sometimes out of habit and sometimes to distract her opponent.
