"Your a deity now" the gods told him after plucking him off the face of the planet "You never have to eat or sleep again." Jared took this in for a moment before saying "...I still can, though, right?"
He's the Deity of Nothing on Akis. His job is...well, nothing. He doesn't do anything. Most of his time is spent walking around Akis, drinking coffee, convincing people to adopt his strange creations, and playing video games. He isn't even from Akis. His mom dragged him along to a vacation there and he was randomly picked up by the gods and converted into one. Now, his skin and eyes are golden. He also has a faint golden aura and some powers (of course). He's always wearing sunglasses, typically on top of his head. He also wears some of those plastic bracelets in random colors and amounts on random arms and legs. He'd only just turned 20 a few days ago before being changed. He's a pretty chill dude and likes to make sunglasses appear on people. He isn't sided with either Kavi or Death, since he doesn't get the whole thing. Date is correct
Jared does have his uses. He can be called upon by a person who doesn't want anything to happen to them - good or bad - and he'll just keep stuff away from them. Another thing he can do is pause time around a person, allowing only them and him to move around. He typically just does this for stressed kids and such. Won't do it to help people commit crimes and the like. If he's helping people hide from reality, though, he has no problem with keeping things paused for as long as they need. As a minor and relatively new deity, not many know of his powers.
