Stand Ability: Everywhere and Nowhere

The stand's effect hinges on the user's own perception of what they are.

As long as the user is aware of their existence and cognizant of themself, then they are both everywhere and nowhere. If they think they are at a location at any moment, then they will be at that location. This includes the metaphysical, such as within the mind.

Even if the user is fatally wounded, if they believe that they are alive and unscathed, then they will be.

If the user believes something to be an extension of their body, such as clothing or other items on their person, then it will be, and thus can also be affected by the stand ability. However, the user cannot conjure things they do not already have.

The stand ability can only be utilised when the user is unobserved by others.
