Steal, Copy (Full or Partially , Trace, or Claim any art/design made by me

Do not remove any watermark of mine

Add your own rules to my designs such as "do not change gender or story" and "If the character is unwanted they must return back to me"

Please don't delete the character from toyhouse if no longer wanted stop by and tell me the reason if you don't want them ill probably buy/trade/accept back my own design (I do not speak for other designs please if the character is made by someone else speak with them)

If the design is one of my own DO NOT remove me from the creator tab just cause you redesign it doesn't mean it didn't originally come from somewhere

Do not edit or draw onto of my creation

ANY OF THESE BROKEN WILL RESULT IN BLACKLIST

DO'S - 

Feel free the add small things or change clothing add new looks to your character as long as i am still credited for the original design 

You can change Name, Gender , Story, etc. 

Its your character just please don't do heavy heavy redesigns to where its not recognizable

SELLING/TRADING/REGIFTING -

DO NOT Sell traded or free characters unless art is bought for them (You drawing for them is not counted on adding up the price its counted as giving your character love not to buy something just to draw something for them to resell for a high price your not retributing something you didn't pay for

Characters for resell must be resold for the same price or the equivalent to that price (Example: 1000 points on DeviantArt would be $10.00)

The only time a price on a character goes up is when you commission art for them (AGAIN adding your own art is not to up the price)

There is no such thing of sentimental value putting "Tent" on the character is not to effect the resell price of the characters 

My designs are not up for Auctions meaning if the resell is $20 with added art commissions you will sell it for $20 not "Best Offer"

You are allowed to re-gift and trade sold art but from that point on it will be counted as a trade character and can not be resold by the new owner they didn't buy it so why should they get the resell money 

If offering on a character make sure to read what I'm offering for them if its currency the are normally for resell only but will accept trades and art

COMMISSION RULES -

I can only accept USD currencies threw (PayPal  and Cashapp) but do accept DeviantArt point and Ovipet credits as online currencies (As well as trades and art) 

Commission prices are a set price if i accept a discount i will note it

Payments must be paid for before hand due to a lot of other artist having issues with being ghosted after getting art done a lot of artist are now accepting payment before hand (Commission Cancelations will be allowed up to the point where the line work starts meaning if i have already started on the lines you cannot ask for a refund if your that in need of a refund maybe don't commission)

If any rules are broken they will result in a blacklist and blocking from me as well as will be noted below to warn other artist
