Unfortunately not at this time, I can't outright sell this character (they must be vouchered) I was at the time looking for a voucher and someone was able to do it with another character of mine.

If you find something to voucher for lmk- I have done payment plan for vouchers before as long as the other party is okay with it , so it is allowed :D
