Licit's lineage has owned the Snowrunners territory for many generations, and Licit is its current pack leader. While the history of their family is old, Licit's pack is quite small after a series of tradegies among the family. Licit has wrestled with a lot of strong emotions and stresses in his life, and now meets things with a general lax attitude. He just wants he and his pups to be happy and healthy.
