The local freak show, quick talking, magical hobo that hangs around the back alleys of the casino always trying to sneak his way in, a real bad customer that is definitionally up to no good. He tries to lure people into buying "wish boxes" off him. Small wrapped boxes that if given enough luck you could get almost anything your heart desires. In moderation of course, can't bring people back from the dead but might bring them back from somewhere. He seems to have an obession with following around Penny saying she has something that he is owed, but no one is quiet sure what he means by that.
