He/him A tragic soul without memories, or even a real name to go by.
Was reported missing in 1996, but the case mysteriously went "cold" and a body was never found....
His fiance never knew what happened to him, and is still searching for answers to this day...
Died an unnatural death at work, as waiter at a sketchy casino. Cause of death was trauma to his skull. His spirit wanders the casino seeming aimlessly, but if you were to follow the traces of his path carefully, he walks through the walls in certain rooms in the same places everytime.....as if there were once doors there. 🤔
He has good days and bad days, though most of his afterlife is spent in a hazy in-between.
On good days, his body almost seems more opaque, and he is tangible enough to touch things in the mortal realm. His mind is also much more intact on these days, and he is able to recall wispy figments of the happy parts of his life before death. He is not very aware that he is a ghost on these days, but if the truth is revealed to him he will be confused, and possibly even become the "bad day" version of himself if the memories of his death are stirred up enough.
On bad days, he may lose almost all of his "skin" and become like a skeleton. He is filled with intense fear and anger as he recalls, and relives the events that lead up to his death. He is more dangerous in this time, because anyone who interacts with him could be perceived as the danger that had ended his life and he may choose to either flee or lash out to defend himself. The evidence of his haunting is at it's most obvious on these days, as he leaves a trail of overturned objects and tales of a sounds of a strange weeping in his wake.
