Vertigo

Vertigo has somewhat of an empathy disorder- he has multiple colour shifts, but they don't depend on his own emotions. Any strong emotions he recognises from the person he's currently focusing on will be reflected in his colours, which also changes his tongue's abilities. This makes him unable to control them on command unless he's in the company of  someone who can help using their emotions- it also means he's a difficult enemy to have, if made. He may be deadpan and hard-headed, but he quietly enjoys night skies, crystal caves and mountain ranges. He thrives outdoors and appreciates jellyfish for their no-touch nature.
