Burl the Chameleon

An adopted chameleon mobian design!

Burl is a female chameleon who specialises in sword-fighting using a sabre, and whose style is similar to that of fencing and classic sword duelling. Usually quiet and methodical, she can come across as almost lazy, but can move terrifyingly fast for short bursts of time. This is usually seen when she sword fights.


Trivia:

-Their colours are based on the chameleon genus Brookesia, which contains a lot of extremely small, spiny chameleons with warm coloured markings.
- The word 'burl' refers to a natural bumpy, swirling form of tree growth!
- Her tongue and the tissue around her eyes are green, based on irl chameleon examples.
- The inspiration for her choice of weapon came from the similarities between her original clothing and classic sabre duelling clothes.
