➤ PLEASE do NOT sell designs for more than they were purchased for UNLESS they come with extra commissioned or personal art. I understand wanting to increase a price out of sentimentality/attachment but it's unfair to me as the designer!

➤ Do not sell my ocs/adopts, knowing well I or someone else owns it! If you're never sure, retrace your steps or ask me! This rule I will blacklist over.

➤ If you no longer want the design, check if I would want to buy/take it back or you may re-sell/trade it away yourself. If they are favorited in "Proud of" or "Would want back" folders, very likely I buy or make art to get the design back.

➤ Do not fully redesign a character to the point of being unrecognizable

➤ The design you've bought from me can be used for breedables or hypos.

➤ The design may be used In RPs, in comics, or as sonas, etc.

➤ The design & art that had/may come with it of the adopt or character may not be used in commercial use.

➤ Any art, designs, etc. produced by me are NOT permitted to be turned into an NFT or anything in relation to blockchaining or crypto under any circumstances. Same goes with "training" AI. This rule I will blacklist over.

➤ Please no buying for the sole purpose of trading / upselling / grifting! My designs are not stocks and I'm not comfortable seeing them being treated as such! This rule I will blacklist over.
