Anatole

Anatole is an interesting case for a vampire. Her guilt of what she is eats away to the point she may often want to starve rather than hurt someone, but unfortunately she eventually must hunt. To make up for this in her mind as she keeps this secret from everyone she can, Anatole does as much good for the community as she can. She's a volunteer firefighter, and a known protector for the community. She especially doesn't let outsiders cause trouble, perhaps a projection of how she still sees herself despite everything. Anatole has plenty of money to live off of from years of existence, so she has taken up the hobby of refurbishing furniture, clothes, anything she can find to create something new with. She sells these products as cheap as possible, almost running a mini thrift shop from her own home. Anatole also looks for time to volunteer at animal shelters, as she often sees herself in the most unlovable creatures there. She is trying her best to love herself more, but it is hard when you see yourself as something harmful.
