Kaz

His name is Kaz (full name is ambiguous on purpose), he is a Low Dose Orca splice trenchkin. Someone chomped on his tail one time cause he couldn't care less about his own well being and got in a fight. A massive chainsmoker, has gills only on his forearms/wrist area, it's mostly hidden with his gloves (he kinda cares about his trenchkin lungs health it seems, but not to the fullest; he might be just oblivious about it). Little to no visible scale patches, he occassionally gets some small ones on his body but these scales fall off for unknown reasons.

He is of mixed Japanese-American descent, so his name is most likely japanese. He resides in America. His trinket would be a cig pack. His regulator closely resembles a prisoner collar... might be a TRI deal of sorts?
