Warren is clever and charming.
He makes his living brewing various potions, travelling all over the continent to advertise his wares to willing customers. Some of his potions can be quite pricy, but he may be persuaded to let them go in exchange for rare brewing ingredients instead of coin.
Although he's very good at convincing people to buy things they never even wanted in the first place, so even those lucky enough to have ingredients he needs will probably leave his stall with less money in their pockets than they started with.
