Princess Maria is well-known for her beauty, which would be an asset, but maria hates that all she’s known for is her looks. she’s just as intelligent and cunning as her older sister, Queen Regina. she ends up falling in love with rock lesbian who i should give a name, as rock lesbian respects maria and maria admires her bravery, wit, and commitment to justice. Princess Maria despises Queen Regina, for she infantilizes her even though Princess Maria can tell that Queen Regina is making some pretty foolish and revenge-fueled decisions. after regina’s mentee comes to her and tells her that he received a vision of regina causing them all to die and the kingdom to fall because of dark magic corrupting her soul, maria agrees to help him kill her and so does rock lesbian. although the plan was for regina’s mentee to kill regina, maria believed he wouldn’t go through with it because he’s too attached to regina, so she shoots a bow and kills regina. after disposing of her body, maria handed the crown over to regina’s mentee, telling him that she no interest in ruling. her and rock lesbian run away and start a new life and they live happily ever after, eventually passing away to old age :))
