I can still transfer you the Toyhouse profile of the design if you message me after purchasing. But you'll need to confirm your Ko-Fi name that was used to purchase. Otherwise, the toyhouse profile will be deleted after a couple of days (if already purchased via Ko-fi).

Other Payment forms: You can message me for a PayPal invoice which may take some time due to timezones, or I also accept payment via Payhip which may also take some time to set up the listing.

Commercial Use price: $14 (NOTE: Most bases used by various artists DO NOT allow commercial use (besides adopt creation) HOWEVER I can offer commercial use over the design itself. This means you will have to draw or commission art of the character/design and use THAT artwork instead. You cannot use this current art on base for commercial and production use (such as shirts, stickers, PNG-tuber etc!)

Rules:
- Credit me for the design and credit the base artist as well. Do Not claim to be the original designer or base artist. No Stealing.

- Must pay within 2 days (48 hours) unless requesting a hold or paying directly to Ko-Fi. Failing to pay within the given time without valid reason means I will put the Adoptable back on auction/sale. If you do not answer my messages and neither give me a reason for not paying, I will block you. If you're having issues paying, please inform me ASAP.

- I do not give refunds for adoptables.

- You may make changes to the design/character but nothing that drastically changes the whole design until unrecognisable. However you CANNOT make these changes DIRECTLY to the artwork itself. But please do ask me about edits to the direct work. For very small things, I might be able to edit the files for you (but not guaranteed. And some edits, if bigger and time consuming, may require additional fees to cover the work.) Or I may grant permission for you to make the edits yourself. I would like to be asked first though.

- Can be gifted or traded.

- Can be resold but cannot be sold any higher than the original price you have paid UNLESS the character has additional art made by you or others. (Free/gifted works does not count towards the design's value.)

- Personal Use only unless bought a higher tier.

- Regarding turning my designs into Closed Species. I do allow this but I would much rather to be asked/notified first so that I'm aware. For the most part, the design itself can be converted into whatever you please (providing it's nothing offensive.) HOWEVER, you must understand that if you plan to covert the design into a Closed Species, you must redraw or commission someone to redraw the design to not only fit the desired Species and its traits, but because I don't allow edits made directly to my work. As well as any bases I use from various artists may not like their lines being used for such things. But the design you are welcome to do what you'd like with. If you redraw the design in your own way or commission it, you can use that work for your desired species. Again, I would rather be notified that you plan to do this JUST so I'm aware the design will be converted from its original purpose.
