Her Teletubbie form
Moo-moo is a female Teletubbie, and being only four years old, she is incredibly simple.
She enjoys whatever babies enjoy, but her favorite item is her little bell with a handle on it, and her favorite clothing item is a green jacket.
Despite being simple, she is fairly mischievous, but the worst thing she could ever do at this age is having her hand in the cookie jar.
She speaks fairly ok broken English, so words like "Jacket" will sound more like "Tagit" but she can say "Bell" just fine.

Her Handbell, her Jacket, sunny days, Tubby-custard, Dipsy.
Dislikes
Rainy days, nap time, loud noises, sharp teeth, scary things.
Her Slendytubbie form
In the Slendytubbie-verse, at age five she was traumatized by seeing Tinky Winky rip Dipsy's head off, but the trama wouldn't last for long because she soon joined the others in death.
Reborn, her eyes are missing and she has very sharp teeth, some would describe her as animal-like and extremely mischievous.
her new favorite item is lugging around Dipsy's head.
