 Meysa was always somewhat withdrawn, but as a child he was creative and free-spirited in small company around Mari's forest. He was always looking for games and trying out new things. However, the person that Hadal has become is a shell of his past self. Stricken with grief and frustration - unable to even walk away from those who have hurt him terribly, his anger has become icy, and he thinks of little things except his own despair most of the time, when not yearning for revenge. There is nobody in him now.

Description:
 2nd eldest child of Mari, with the now-deceased Cina the Barbarian. Meysa was adopted into Mari's wing after their father's death, alongside one of their younger siblings of whom they were very close with, later named Sibilant. Meysa primarily occupied a small pond in the middle of Mari's forest thanks to their power, only surfacing in order to spend the nights and play with Sibilant. However, shortly after they were both named, Sibilant was executed for failing to meet Sungey's standards, and Meysa, now Hadal, was imprisoned after attempting to avenge them. They were later released from Sungey's dungeons by a quiet benefactor, but not before being bound unable to leave by Promise's power. Trapped in Sungey's confines to eventually be hunted down, Hadal has decided to get his revenge by targeting the next generation of Sungey - luring in unsuspecting godsborn children and drowning them, leaving their bodies on the shore of the Ethersea as an omen. They are a major wanted criminal in Sungey, not quite up to Fallen's reputation but a threat all the same.
