BB has a reputation for being dubbed the “Kat with the Krazy Kolors”. Well-known for doing beautiful graffiti art around Toontown and making colorful creations in general adored by every toon, (expect for cogs), he gets praise from every playground about his work. 

All his creations have been painted by not a paintbrush, not a pencil or pen, but his tail! Blotchy has made his tail a living talent as he uses it to create his many creations. He perfected the method for years and now it’s benefited him greatly. And as a result, it made him like a underground celebrity with a sort of Bansky-esque way of living.

Easily approachable and jovial, Blotchy has no problem being a goofy and  colorful toon who’s always willing to make a new friends and. BB has mad interest in all types of painting mediums, acrylic, wall paint, watercolors, etc, they’re all colorful so he’ll work with it happily to make a masterpiece. Sometimes he’ll paint and graffiti on cog buildings; JUST to piss cogs off. 

He’s art partners with Dee Jah Neigh and they share a lot of similar interests and are quite close. He’s not super into cogs as she is, but is innately curious about their motives and how they work.

Sources are saying they’ve seen him once hang out with a Mingler, but just.. how true IS that?
