This deer has this attitude which makes toons assume she's got a nonchalant, lackadaisical view on life, but she's secretly passionate about the things she loves. She has monotone and breathy like voice. She’s got a strong knack for pastel colors, vaporwave, retro stuff, future funk, and singing. As you can see her fur colors are based off pastel colors. She isn't trying to show off in the slightest, but she knows it's important for others to know you don't devalue yourself. She carries a pair of rose colored/tinted glasses that she keeps in her pocket. She can't go ANYWHERE without them.

Preppa is easy to get along with, but most of the time, she's very hard to read.
sometimes... just sometimes, she can be out of touch with reality and daze off in her own fantasy. Her job is the only thing restricts her from doing so. And that job is a dealer at a super fancy casino called Sugar Queen Saturday's Chateau, located on the west-side of Toontown. She can tell you loads of stories about how many people lose their money by stupid betting decisions. And stories how she dazes off while working. She's insecure about her height, as she’s around 6 foot tall. She's been bullied about her height ever since she was in high school and would be called titles like "olive oyl" or "mommy long legs". Despite the teasing she seemingly embraced her physical traits to the fullest. So that's all that matters.
