  You may not use, claim, kin, copy or trace my characters. If you take inspiration from my characters or designs, please make your design unique and easily distinguishable from my own. As long as they cannot be confused for each other and the colors/motifs are not copied 1:1, I don't mind my characters being a source of inspiration.
  
  
• DRAW ME SURPRISE GIFT ART / DRAW MY OCS W/O ASKING
  If you really want to draw a character of mine, please DM me first. I don't like surprise gift art, though I really do appreciate that people want to draw art for me. Please don't take it personally if I say no - many of my characters do not have proper references or may have designs/features/personalities that I'm extremely picky with how they're depicted in art.
  
  
• CREDIT MY TOYHOUSE FOR BASE ART
  If you use my bases, don't credit my Toyhouse for the linework, I will remove the artist credit to keep my art tab orderly. You can credit my Twitter @ Dracononite instead!

  Things that will generally not be tagged or hidden (unless necessitated) include: disabilities, amputated limbs, disfigurements, injury and surgery scars, multiple limbs/eyes/wings/etc unless illustrated grotesquely as body horror, cartoon/bloodless "gore" in designs (such as skull-faces or cartoony "decapitation"), bloodless weaponry, mild eye strain, cigarettes/cigars/beer.
