This is ChromTom, my TADC OC. His avatar is a scared tuxedo cat in a dapper bowtie and in old fashioned shorts. Somehow, he is able to carry a rather large pocket watch in his shorts.
He exists in an alternative timeline where he's not with the main canon characters with the exception of Caine.
