Cieleo "Ciel" Everdeen | Male (He/Him) | Unknown- again, like most spirits/souls, he does not prefer to count | Angel | Straight (Heterosexual)

Cieleo, like his name implies, is a born leader. Derived from the word "Ciel" - sky - and "Leo" - lion - his [Ciel's] own name certainly fits. Likewise, as presumably expected, Ciel is well known for his tactics in leadership; choosing to rule that of "Paradise" with a kind, warm, yet somehow iron grip within his (three) paws. This leads to him being looked up to and respected by many - so much so that it can even nag the formerly elected leader - Imperium - at times; however, like any good angel, he [Imperium] will not publicly admit to such a fact. Overall, Cieleo is kind, caring, and quite loyal, and yet, despite this, he can also swing to be that fiercely aggressive and/or intimidating when needed/even on a whim; though he refuses to admit to the latter, insisting that he would never do such a thing unless "the right time comes". This alone makes him a rather intriguing angel, even without his added on goal to empower those who feel weaker than others, and to prove "that they can" -as he himself has 3 legs.

Another main factor within Cielo is his own stupendous amounting of raw will and/or power. He alone has a rather rare offensive/passive ability - even for an angel; very few have this power; so much so that it even lacks a proper name, and instead goes noted by its common term of slang-- this slang-like term is known as "Eliminating Energy", and is a term used to cover that of one's ability and overall power to manipulate one's aura/energy*, be it through grasp or otherwise. -As stated prior, this term is merely slang, though, and does not explain the full powers of the ability and/or it's full capacity. Likewise, most only see the ability in halves, and rarely get to perceive it as a whole; given that, though powerful, full control over this ability/its power is very difficult. However, on the contrary, Cieleo is both aspiring to and working towards mastering his ability, - now being able to use it in a given capacity up to that of 3/4s - and hopes that more will be able to become aware of it one day.

*Each and every soul - except for those deemed to be untied to earth/another realm/"wanderers" - has a "pocket of energy"; this source alone sorts them by ranking/threat level (strength/power), alignment, and ability. Without it, many souls would be corrupt, and angels and demons alike would lose a majority of their powers, given that their own aura/energy is it's [their powers'] "food"/fuel source. (Energy, or in this case, "light/dark mana", is also what allows demons to have (permanent) claws/horns and angels to have (temporary unless always activated) wings and/or halos - both of which presumably reflect their overall alignment and/or abilities/powers.)

Design/Character Notes:

• The "Pokeball" in his collar/design is not a part of his canon "outfit";  - as I would like for it to be changed to a "royal" emblem at some point - it was simply there when I chose to receive the design.
• The anklet on his left(?) paw is non-optional, (depending on the arc within the comic/story) and is used to (temporarily) control and/or limit his ability/powers.
