The Oracle is a cryptic creature. No one knows what it is nor where it came from. Even Quin is uncertain of its origins. They're a strange creature, unlike any other in Aurora Land nor its sister dimensions, possessing strange abilities; dream walking. The small creature is able to walk in and manipulate the dreams of Kamishibas and Shourinokobis. But this ability has its limitations, they can only walk in the dreams of those who they are physically touching. As well as dream walking, The Oracle is capable of telepathy. It speaks only in the minds of other living creatures that it is in close proximity to - normally it needs to be touching them. Outside of telepathy, they make next to no sound, aside from a sharp shirk shirk when they 'laugh'.

All in The Answer know of The Oracle; Lady Quin's pet who curls around her neck at all times, unnerving those who are foolish enough to make eye contact with it. Many consider The Oracle a meddlesome creature, always scuttling around the castle, into everyone's rooms and private offices. But they're too wily to catch in the act, and as the Boss' pet, there isn't a whole lot they can do to stop them. And The Oracle knows this and uses it to its full advantage.
