Rory is aΒ twenty-two-year-old man. He originates from the forest, but has taken to adventuring alongside his friends and Belladonna, who he is romantically involved with. Rory is a shapeshifter, just like his sister, but only has a partial ability. He can, for example, shift to have wings or replace his hands with the claws of a big cat. He cannot transform completely.

Rory is a kindhearted, strong, and sarcastic individual. Although a lot of people are at first put-off by his over usage of sarcasm, most find that it is just his way of breaking the ice with his version of humor.

Rory is followed by his little sister, Jude, who means the most to him. He knows leaving the forest meant either abandoning her or condemning her to what he chose for himself, but he gave her the choice nonetheless. He hopes Jude is having just as much fun adventuring as he is.
