Basic personality traits - kind, grateful, cheerful, naive, indecisive, distant.
Moon has basic psychic abilities. Her necklace is used to help channel her powers into a physical form. She uses the ribbons of magic to hold objects and to do other things that she can’t do with her paws. When not in use the ribbons fade away, until she starts using her magic again. She will gain more tails when she’s older or / and has better control of her magic.

Block weak magic and physical attacks - yes
Block strong magic and physical attacks - no
Create a hand that she can use - yes
Create Wings - yes (Tends to be feathered, but can be bat-like)
Fly - Currently no, however once she gains 2 tails she can levitate temporarily when using her psychic magic.
Glide - Currently yes, but it makes her extremely tired.
