Personality: Has a bad habit of acting on impulse alone and rarely using any strategy. Is known to use his power to reign havoc on the smaller villages and rob from the 'stuck-ups'. When he uses too much power, he becomes unable to think straight and almost acts as though he were drunk. Hates those who are power-hungry or 'too confident for their own good' but this can also make him seem hypocritical since he acts out and is very mouthy during his 'work'. Likes rallying those he trusts together and believes in a world where everyone can stand on equal footing.

Is able to obtain his Dragon form which is the only among his fellow deitys to be unable to fly. In this form, as well as his 'human' form, he is able to engulf his body in electricity, he is also able to shoot bolts of lightning from his body, but only after charging for a short span of time. He is also able to cough up storm clouds if he drinks enough water and charges enough electricity in his body. When focusing on charging himself, he must close his eyes to focus which leaves him even more susceptible to attacks.
In dragon form, he stands 8 ft in height while his wing span is only 3 ft.
