Polar bear that loves summer; winter time normally entails him having to wear warmer clothes and decreases his mood a bit, so he's less likely to smile when the weather is cold.

His right eye changes color in exchange for appearing human, so it becomes necessary for him to wear an eyepatch to avoid strange stares. Wears white frame eyeglasses for vanity purposes only.

Major theme is victorian/sailor.
