Nui

Nui is one of many water species that live in the world. There are many branches of them, some of the largest come from the ocean, but there are others who can come from lakes and rivers. They usually stay close to bodies of water, but some do venture out pretty far from home and can live just fine. Their diet should consist of living things, fish, crabs, snakes, lizards, birds, ect. Their skin is very damp and maybe even sort of slimy. 

As for Nui, he lives near a river in a forest, he's got tons of harpy neighbors out there. He really likes the harpies, for the most part, he adores their feathers. Sometimes he'll explore further out though and venture into the cities mostly just for fun. 

Nui is used to being around his own people, and other similar creatures, so sometimes when he's out around humans and smaller creatures he is amazed and honestly wants to touch people's faces. I'm sure it's not something he'd admit though, at least to a stranger. 

I think he likes textures a lot in general, and touches everything he can.
