Not a day goes by where Oriza is fantasising about settling down with the love of his life and retiring from the Splat League. Oriza – more commonly known as Osechi – is the well dressed and even better mannered teenage heartthrob of Buffet Breakfast, known primarily for his defensive gameplay and undeniable skill on the .96 Gal.

However, Splat League isn’t Oriza’s only passion, nor is it his only source of income. To pass the time when he’s not training, Oriza dedicates his passion and skill to his not-so-humble hairdressing company. Oriza trains for a long time and works for even longer, doing his utmost best to keep up with his rapidly increasing waitlist and maintain a steady workflow.

Oriza’s charm and motivation haven’t gone unnoticed either. The octoling has a huge fanbase among those who follow Buffet Breakfast closely, most notably among the younger female population. He has won the hearts of many, especially with the ideology that he has been waiting all his life to spend the rest of his days with “the one”.

However, what the general public doesn’t know is that Oriza feels he has found that person already. Though he is too shy to admit it, Osechi cannot deny the fact that he has developed an interest in his fellow team member, Molotov. Initially Molly’s aloof and badass persona were something that Osechi found incredibly charming, but the realisation that Molotov is an incredibly shy, yet passionate person was what won Oriza over. Oriza doesn’t quite know what to do with this information, as he is worried that if he does ask Molly out, it’ll complicate their relationship. He would much rather a close friendship than nothing at all.

And so, Osechi finds himself in a perpetual state of pining and dreaming. He so desperately wants to tell Molly that he has fallen in love with him, and Oriza can only hope that the other octoling loves him back.
