A tall, rather bouyant-seeming boy, Chase is always trying to look at the bright side. His antennas twitch when he's feeling different emotions, and usually betray him if he's lying -- meaning he tries to not do so very often.
A strangely exciteable Imperial Bean, Chase is a rather optimistic character. He always tries to look at the bright side of situations, but if there isn't one, he's sure to come up with a plan to fix it. You can trust him with any of your secrets, even especially minor ones. He will take them to his grave. When he becomes distressed, he tends to stutter and twitch, however it is hard to make him nervous when he's not sure there may be danger. He doesn't understand most people's humor, sticking to simple word play such as puns. He tends to slightly overact his emotions to fit in with others, as his Imperial Bean system has diluted his emotions greatly. He has a very analytical view of some things, and greatly enjoys science, especially behavior, anatomy and dissections.

He's Chase's best friend and the closest thing he has to family. They think of eachother as brothers, and if either dyed their hair and put in contacts, they would be nearly indistinguishable. Chase remembers distinctly when he was a child that he and Bohdin were "born" at the same time, and spent their first few years together before Chase was sent away to Madame Lusha's estate.
Chase has always looked up to him greatly, especially after Roos helped him release his roots originally. He developed a crush on him a while back that will certainly last a long time, most likely even into adulthood. They get along well, and Chase always seems a bit more excited around him.
