Design Terms of Use
This design can only be regifted unless it is traded for another forum game design. It has no trade value unless additional art has been added to it.

Custom Designs / Adopts:
- You may not sell the design for more than what you got it for.
- Commercial use (including Vtubing, use in games or in any public setting etc) requires an additional commercial fee. If received for free the design requires a custom fee, but if purchased it is 1.5x the base price.
- For adopts, you may change minor elements of the character
- If the adopt is purchased you can use it as an outfit for an existing character or as it’s own character. Commercial fees still apply if outfit is used commercially
- You must link the TOS of the design if rehoming
- Do not try to gift / sell / trade if you do not have the rights to do so.
- Do not make knock-offs of my designs
- If you make twins of a design (i.e. pallet swap) , you must still sell them for the same price you purchased.
- Do not under any circumstances use designs by me for offensive means by positively presenting offensive content. I reserve the right to revoke the design in these cases. This means P*dophelia, In*est, racism, anti-semitism, sexism, ablism, homophobia, transphobia. Obviously, these themes can be explored in stories but cannot be used to spin these as positives or romanticize them.
