Design Terms of Use
My design TOS is here. This also applies to my artwork. Private/personal usage on toyhouse is allowed, and reupload of commissioned art/designs on toyhouse is only allowed with credit given to me on said reuploads by the commissioner.
My work is NOT authorized for ANY commercial use without express written permission, such as: brand identity, marketing, merchandising, or to be used to drive ad revenue (ie webcomics that host ads, reuploading my work to patreon, selling stickers with my artwork printed on them, etc).
You may not resell my work for more than you paid for it. Designs by me obtained via trade should not be resold for more than the value of the traded item/design/artwork. This is to prevent scalping.
Failure to comply with these terms will result in a warning and/or blacklisting from using my designs/artwork, and a block from my account.
