Oracleus Thirdeye

Oracleus is a male wyvern of the Mind Element. He is quite, reserved, and incredibly intelligent. He can easily see into the minds of other around him and read their thoughts or see their memories; on the field of battle he can also control the minds of his opponents allowing him to confuse shadow dragons and send them after each other instead. His name is a play on the word Oracle. Fun fact, he uses his bright and obnoxious colors to hypnotize enemies when fighting as he can control the colors of his frills and make them shift rapidly (kind of like a cuttlefish).
