- Aspen's design is owned since 2016, but she only got her identity and purpose in 2019!
- Aspen was not in the first version of Amulet.
- She was very close to be called Hazel, which turns to be her mother's name.

About
Aspen is one of the main character of Amulet. She is a brown, dark grey and white cat lynx hybrid! She is currently a Seeker, meaning that she's currently on her journey to find her soulflower. She wears an empty triangel amulet which has the purpose to contains the petals of the sunflower she must find. Aspen is the only child of Ash and Hazel. She sadly doesn't feel very close to her family and she feels like she is a failure to them, but she is hopeful that this will change when she'll come back from her journey.
Aspen is a real sweetheart. She is caring, kind, patient and she is always ready to support others in needs. She is also very modest and feels very uncomfortable when she receives compliments. She is also a nature lover: she loves every creatures, small or big, because she knows they all have a purpose. She has a soft spot for bees, and some other insects like butterflies.

- She has some brown tuff on her ear tips.

Aspen is ISFJ-A meaning that she is introvert, observant and acts according to her feelings and her judgement. She is also the assertive type of the ISFJ.
Introversion
Aspen is ambivert with an introverted tendency. She enjoys being with others as much as she loves doing her own stuff! But she has a preference for walking in nature by her own to observe the beauty of life.
Observant
Even if Aspen can be quite intuitive, the majority of the time she prefer to focus on the present and let the pass behind her. This also makes her very unbitter. She knows how to forgive and she also knows that others can change their behaviour. She is also very practical and try to find useful solutions to challenges she meet.

Aspen almost never hide her emotions, unless it can be hurting someone. You can't very rarely have doubts about how she feels. She is also very empathetic and not competitve at all, like most feeling individuals.

Aspen hates late and spontaneous decisions. She prefers to think deeply about the repercussions of her actions.

Hunting
Aspen inherits of her dad hearing. As a lynx hybrid, she is very skilled to hear preys hidden above leaves, under the ground or in trees. She is also very accurate, so hunting is very easy for her!
Vision
Aspen's vision is very high compared to her companions. This is also a trait she get from her father, a lynx. She can spots very small elements from a very far distance.

Aspen likes Arrow's way of thinking. She think his intelligence is remarkable and that he is very good in creating strategies. She knows she can trust his choices. Although, she sometimes find him annoying with his seriousness and his way to doubts of everything.

Aspen really enjoy spending time with Luna! Luna has a great knowledge of medicinal plants, because her mother is a healer, and Aspen has a great knowledge about hunting, so they both really enjoy sharing what they know. Aspen also likes Luna's enthusiam and optimist, it always makes her smile to see her happy!

Even if Kiù is very anxious, Aspen really enjoy being with him! Kiù is so sweet and kind, like her! There relation is very mutually based. They know the both can count on each other: Kiù makes a very great ally!

Aspen has some difficulties connecting with Vixher. As a social and sensible feline, it's hard for her to feel anything about Vixher. She knows that his strenght is a great asset, but as someone who hates feeling useless, she really doesn't like to not know his thoughts and feelings.

Ash and Aspen were not very close to each others. Although Aspen's father sometimes took her in the forest to make her learn about her lynx abilities, such as hunting. Aspen tried to used these moments to make her father proud, but she felt that she was never doing enough.

Mother
Aspen never learned much about her mother when before leaving for the journey: she always seemed distant with her. Even if Aspen was trying to get her attention, she was always ignoring her, unless for very basic needs like eating time.
