Celia is one of the protagonists in OD, she's an inexperienced all-worker from a small town in the center of Chladny. Despite not being very skilled she'd do her best to perform any task she was given and learn from it. Her biggest dream is to venture around the world and spread the knowledge she gained to her town.
Backstory
Celia was born into a rather uncaring family, she believed that if she helped her parents and do anything they'd want they would be proud of her. Thus developing a fear of 'not being good enough'. Her mother suffered from a severe illness which she neglected, once the symptoms became severe they asked Celia to run and get medicine. She did as told, though unfortunately she arrived too late and her mother didn't survive. Her father out of fury had disowned her, and for several years Celia had been living on streets trying her hardest to survive.
She happened to accidentally wander into Isaac's forgery where she implored him to assign her work to do. On second thought, Isaac believed she could come in handy therefore he took her in. She worked as a secondhand to Isaac proving that she was helpful he adopted her in.
Current Timeline
Celia joins in on Galya's journey, helping him out while also gaining knowledge about the world beyond. With no experience in adventuring she usually gets in some troubles but always ends up learning one way or another. In the process she meets several people who have taught her their skills and knowledge, mastering a vast variety of tools and techniques to use in her battles.
Future/major spoilers
During the journey, Celia overworks herself to exhaustion to proove that she's useful to the point where she hinders her own skills. Relying her arferol power to thoughts and desire for aproval by those stronger than her, eventually her host-mind falling unconcious to the arferol. Resulting in a fight with Viktor trying to bring her senses back, doing exactly so but as a result the arferol driven Celia killed him as a final blow.
Celia unable to bear the guilt she falls into the 6th stage of an arferol form, or 'Arferol Distortion'. Lomyie and Svein couldn't do anything at this point, she was a lost cause driven by one last desire before ending it all, that being taking out her anger on Galya. The moment she found Galya he was already facing Moira therefore interrupting them, Moira on the otherhand insisted on the two infected to clash one last time. In result Celia died a gruesome death along with Svein who lend her a hand in the process. Moira admitting that she actually had fun watching the battle.

- Celia provides all help she can to help Galya understand his emotions. Apart from that she also informs him about basic human morals.
- One of Celia's wishes besides reaching a conclusion to their journey is to build herself a cottage along with her future partner.
- Celia is horrible at romance.
- She's an all-rounder, having a brief understanding on using different types of weaponry.
- Her birthdate was given to herself as she doesn't have an official one.
- If she were to give herself a family name, it would be 'Petri'.
Viktor •

Originally disliking him for his personality and attitude, Celia became fond of Viktor. Respecting him for his support to the crew and eventually becoming best friends of each other. Despite everything, they still remain close to each other.
Galya •

Battle mentor and 'side kick' to Celia. Joining him on his journey while pursuing her own goal.[1] Despite being harsh to her in the beginning, she believes he can be a better person if he tries.
Isaac •
adoptive father
Celia's loving father, being one the few people to care about her on a family level. She's very helpful to him, often doing all of his work excluding his forgery work(which is his main job).
Ramirez •
temporary mentor/role model
A temporary trainer for Celia and Galya, his optimism and good will motivated both to continue their achieving their goals despite what happens. She's all respectful for his hard work and dedication, aspiring to be like him.
Shadow Mistress •

Physical clone of herself, despite being enemies she tries convicning her that she's a separate entity and that she can be her own person.
Gloria and Hazel •

Trusting allies, they reassured each other that there are more surviving infected out in the world.
Svein •

Temporary mentor, before remeeting and become a crucial member to their team. Celia is in awe for his vast knowledge about new technology.

Much like Svein, she didn't think of them much but as a wanted criminal after digging them out from the ground. Celis is in awe for their vast knowledge about old technology.

Aizawa questions how he managed to meet another person with the same high optimistic energy like Viktor. He's amazed by her yet concerned for how she handles her arferol.
Moira & Poeth •

Only meeting a few times, she believes they're the ones morally wrong in every aspect. When the arferol driven Celia was facing Galya for the last time, she sided on Galya being the winner which infuriated Celia and struck her with an unexpected branch, complimening on her speed.
