One-half of the Vantage Parade Bombing culprits. Has since retired his costume, and is trying to live a normal life, but fears being found out and exterminated by Vantage. Controls and builds technology just by thinking about it. Genuinely wants to help the people of El Asilo wriggle out from under Vantage's thumb, and is starting to rethink his methods of doing so.
