Ruvel Bicchieri

Backstory

Ruvel was born in the poorer section of Altamura, Italy. While it is unknown who his father was, his mother was not well off. She lived with a band of thieves, and was one herself, in order to survive in the area they were in. His mother gave birth to Ruvel, and a week later was caught and convicted to a death sentence, leaving the newborn Ruvel by himself. 
Ruvel was then put into an orphanage soon after his mother’s death, where he was often bullied for his small stature and never really going out much to play with the others. Even then he did not have a good personality. He preferred to stay in doors to read or solve puzzles. He was eventually adopted by a man at the age of 6, who turned Ruvel into a child soldier, due to the potential that they saw in Ruvel. Ruvel was able to pick things up very quickly, soon becoming a great tactician and killer (even though he didn’t really care for the latter one). His accuracy is very good.
At the age of 12 Ruvel was sold to a brothel, and eventually escaped 4 years later. Since then he has been able to pinpoint what areas to poke people to get certain reactions; which may make him come off as sadistic
