TAARGA

Taarga is a member of the Ancient Council, the governing body of the dragons made up of all of the species. Taarga speaks for the Night Furies, heeding the advice of her sub-council of other elder Night Furies from different regions. Taarga's steady management and decades of experience have made her a pillar of both the Night Fury communities and the Council as a whole, and she is held in high regard for the guidance she has given them throughout her many years advising. 

She has a particular fondness for Ivory, as she sees much of herself in the outspoken young dragon; Mordecai's wishes to keep Ivory safe are tempered by Taarga's faith in her, as her father would force her to stay in the nest if he thought there was too much danger to his only daughter.
